Mindset Change for Trash Reduction

Is no trash city possible? How so? In this webinar we will discuss trash reduction with Ade Amelia from Kota Tanpa Sampah/No Trash City Movement. Kota Tanpa Sampah successfully reduced 95% waste production in just 14 days after program implementation in Bintaro area, Indonesia. This movement was initiated by LabTanya, an architectural consultancy firm, that aims to encourage urban citizens to reduce waste. Ade will explain Kota Tanpa Sampah's "Tiga Pintu" strategy to reduce household waste and various approaches Kota Tanpa Sampah took to educate people in living more sustainably. Thanks to Kota Tanpa Sampah's Trash Reduction Competitions in National Garbage Concern Day, Kota Tanpa Sampah is noticed by Indonesian Ministry of Environment and Forestry. Now, Kota Tanpa Sampah focus on sustainable living education, workshops, and community development.
